Dear Parent/Carer

 

 

 This is a brief letter to introduce myself and explain my role in South Parade Primary School . My name is Suzanne Banks and I am the Learning Mentor for the whole school. I have worked in this school for 10 years. I have experience in whole class teaching.  I have received training in child protection, counselling skills and bereavement counselling, I am also a qualified first aider.

 

 

My job is quite varied, but I think most importantly I am here for your child. I have a comfortable environment and the time to give them one to one attention, if they have any worries, or just need to talk about something that is on their mind.  I also work with outside agencies e.g. School nurse, Speech Therapist etc.
